Ratana Platinum Resort Kamala, Kamala Beach

I stayed at this hotel for four nights during the New Year, and while the rooms are modern and clean, the location left a lot to be desired. The view from my balcony was quite unpleasant, overlooking some run-down shacks, which was a bit jarring. That said, the proximity to Kamala Beach and some great local food was a plus, making it a mixed experience overall.
